Shipping Policy for BoldPathHato

At BoldPathHato, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped promptly. Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide you with clear and accurate information about how we handle the shipping of your purchases. Please take a moment to review this policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. Please note that during busy times (e.g., holiday seasons or sales events), processing times may be longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. The shipping options available to you will be displayed during checkout, along with their associated costs and estimated delivery times. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for certain items and locations, delivering the next business day after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. BoldPathHato reserves the right to change shipping fees at any time.
- Free Shipping: From time to time, we may offer promotions that include free shipping on qualifying orders. Eligibility will be specified during checkout.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, BoldPathHato only offers shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to check back in the future for updates.
We are also unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas that may not be serviced by standard carriers. If your shipping address falls under these categories, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order status by logging into your BoldPathHato account or by visiting the carrier’s website directly.
Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available for up to 24 hours after the shipment has been dispatched.
6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, BoldPathHato is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather-related disruptions
- Shipping carrier delays
- High-demand seasons (such as holidays)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the status of your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@boldpathhato.net or call 847-884-7633. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
If your order is lost in transit or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. BoldPathHato is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately to make changes before the order is shipped.
9. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has left our warehouse, it will need to be returned following our Refund and Returns Policy.
10. Signature Requirement
For certain high-value or fragile items, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order. This will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
11. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States. If you need assistance with international orders, please feel free to contact us, and we will try to help.
