1. Return Eligibility

- The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or receipt, must be included with the return request.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom items that were made specifically for you.
- Gift cards or other non-returnable promotional items.
- Final sale or clearance items.

2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@boldpathhato.net or call 847-884-7633 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Once you have received your RA number, securely repackage the item in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Place a copy of your original invoice inside the package.
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us at the following address:

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return to process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card statement may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be made for the purchase price of the item minus any shipping costs or restocking fees, if applicable. If the item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit for future purchases.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges; however, our customer service team is happy to assist you with the return process and ensure you get the item you need. If the replacement item is available, we can expedite the process.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items

To expedite the process, please provide photos of the defective or incorrect item, including images of the packaging and any damage. This will help us assess the issue more quickly.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Personalized or custom products made to your specifications.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items that are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Open-box products that were sold as part of a final sale.
7. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to returned items. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or within the return instructions. Restocking fees generally range from 10-20% of the purchase price, depending on the condition and nature of the returned item.
8. Canceling Orders

If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
